Do you mean a gateway where the user has to fill out a survey or do an offer and then it unlocks the page after they complete it? My Degrassi site in my sig uses a gateway like that before people can watch the videos and I get paid for each one. I use CPAlead (link in my sig) for it so you should check it out and see if that's what you're looking for.
im more looking for a script that I can prompt visitors to do things like add as a facebook fan or sign up for a mailing list..
