my question is:
1. do u allow warez linking site?
2. can ur sharred host support 100-200 user at time?
3. do u provide ssh access?
4. can i host file for download purpose?

 

I make no fake promises of 24/7 but we try to give 24/7 support but its not garunteed. But the servers are managed 24/7.
Transfering depends on the number of accounts you have.

Answers:

1. Warez linking is only on offshore Plans not this plan.
2. It depends on the CPU resource the site consumes. We have a 21% CPU RESOURCE USAGE policy.
3. No SSH. Jailed SSH can be provide for sometime if justified reason is given.
4. File Hosting isn't allowed but if the amount of files is less then we can make out a deal.

hi there got any info about server moving? the cpanel is still unaccessible till now
when i goggled out the error msg, it says that it could be caused by license key problem

This error has been done on purpose on our USA server.
Coz I think you also have not read 3 emails we sent about the Server Change. We shifted Datacenters.
So I did this on purpose so people can't access the cPanel on the old server because people were using it and adding domains and accounts instead of on the new server.
Please contact support at support.aqns-hosting.com to get New IP's.
And before posting here you should contact support and get to know why the error is coming.

yeah i did contact support and i did not get not even a single email in my inbox at all, and its not even in my spam folder i double check them everyday

sorry about that i was kinda waiting it to work quite a while cuz when i contact support day before they mention that its something to do with cpanel side and that they have informed them about it.

support informed me to wait for cpanel first, thats why i waited till date and i ask it directly here

 

I tried these guys out and was disappointed. CPanel was down the whole of the 3rd day with no warning. Support very quiet, I cancelled and got a stock message telling me their servers were being replaced a few hours later.

So far no refund received dispite 30 money back offered on their site.

There are better.

 

We sent the email of the server change a week before we did it so people had ample time to get ready.
As for the cPanel error it was done on purpose for 2 days as people were creating new accounts etc so their was a risk of data loss so cPanel was taken down on purpose.
As for refund if you are in the money back gurntee Time limit you will get a refund but I don't have any ticket in the system asking for refund. If you cancel you have to atleast open a ticket asking for refund. It isn't done automatically.

I used the cancel hosting button on the control panel, if that does not send you a ticket, you have a problem with your system. In addition I sent you a paypal request for refund. Its well in time, only 5 days from the start of contract. We received nothing.

Your site is down now so I can't check it you have processed that as a ticket, or I have any outstanding tickets on my account.

But as a new account I was not notified. Support gave no indication why the c/panel was down, they only complained that I was in the wrong time zone to be demanding priority ticket issues withing 5 hours (during usa daytime)

Gone to Midphase. Very please. 100% uptime so far, better deal and great support.

keep the $12. I'll put it down to experience.

 

aqnshosting SUCKS! There site is so very incomplete and the owner is like 18

their forum SUCKS to.

 

The main site is down because our main site is on a VPS offsite, The main hosting servers are up.

I have signed up a few days ago with Aqns-hosting....He provides a very quick setup and he had promised me to transfer my site by the next 2 hours! and which was done on time.
