Unlimited Web Access . com - $100 BIN!!! made $16.49 in March

Hi there,

Hoping to sell quickly here, hence I'm putting a low BIN on this one - Just $100. As you can see, I'm seeling a couple of other sites currently, I'm gathering money to make a few improvements for my other sites, as well as moving to a new server, hence I'm selling several of my sites for a pretty cheap price (most of them are proxies), so stay tuned

Unlimited Web Access . com - Nice little keyword domain, easy to remember. That's reflected in the searches it gets, and the number of visitors who are referred by google and such engines:

Adsense made $16.49 this month so far. I don't think proof is needed, but if anyone takes it for BIN, I'll take the relevant adsense screenshots for them before requiring payment

Bandwidth is very mild, around 20+ gigs per month currently (and that's including two spikes it had in the month), this is a very "relaxed" website in that respect.

I've never promoted it since purchasing it. The former owner had a bold listing on proxy.org but that expired around March 4th, so what you see is what you get No promotion on my end.

When was the site established?

 

Around the 5th of February, or slightly earlier.

By the way, as a note - If BIN isn't met in the next couple of hours or so, I may choose to raise it.

I'm also gathering up several sites I'm clearing out and posting a thread on SP, and will include it there, if not sold here for BIN by then!

Nobody snatched it just yet - if it doesn't sell I'll list this, and my other sites for sale @ SP I guess, I figured for $100 this would be a catch If anyone's interested in posting $100 BIN let me know. I don't think I'll be selling for less than $100 though.

Do you realize the fact that proxy sites are sold for 3x monthly revenue which is 50$ in your case and you are putting a 100$ BIN and thinking about raising BIN ?!!!

 

If a proxy makes $1 per month, that doesn't mean it's going to be sold for $3 now, does it? It all depends how small the site is.

I have a larger site, generating roughly $120 per month for sale right now on another thread - I'm asking for around $340 on it, and I'm accepting lower offers. That's less than 3 months of revenue - and it makes sense. However, asking for 2 months of revenue on a proxy this small is simply not profitable.

Proxies making no money at all, with domain names that aren't half as good as this one, are being sold all over for $30. Hence, I do believe $100 is a good deal for this one. However, if you'd like to bid lower - go ahead, I'll consider your offer!
