A few questions from a relative beginner. On my current host I use them to buy domains. If I want to get some new domains and use them with your hosting how does that work.
Also I get all of my files on the server with FTP can I do that here?

 

you buy the domains from a third party registrar. NEVER buy the domains with the hosting.

When you buy directly from a registrar you can use the domains how ever you want on any host.

i suggest namecheap. So what do you do is goto http://www.namecheap.com
buy the domains and point the name servers tgo this webhosts nameservers. and then they should work

these plans doesnt let you have parked domains?

 

I have seen this post and that compelled me to post a description about hosting here.
Let me clear somethings..
1) Unlimited space doesn't exist as HDD capacity is limited , but there are many hosting tools available which make fake unlimited space. But as a matter of fact users can find many places like http://www.freewebspace.net/forums , http://www.webhostingtalk.com where you can clearly see that advertising unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth is banned , they are highly experienced webhosting watchers and if i can say you guys lie they wont. Let take an example , just try to fill 200gb of spae and 500gb of bandwidth on your unlimited account , you will surely face suspension. So plz Iam not going to fight here with anyone , but it is hard true that unlimited space doesn't exist and and many webhosting talk forums considered it as a scam to those who offer it . Let me clear , from where hastyhost.com had bought his dedicated server or vps , he had taken 250gb of hdd or something xxx bandwidth , have you ever heared about , unlimited space on any vps or dedicated server? then how he can offer unlimited space? point to be noted.
2) Unlimited bandwidth - there is a continous controversy in the unlimited bandwidth , but all experiments and experiences told that unlimited bandwidth doesnt exist , but unmetered can , there is a difference between unlimited and unmetered.

Sorry If I say any wrong thing or hurt someone's feeling but what I say is a hard true , and the links which I gave here proves it , If users can't trust my post then they can check the links .

1) You would add them on as addon domains, so yes, you may use more domains.

2) Yes you may use FTP to upload your files.

What about parked domains? Alot of us with multiple domains extensions like mydomain.com mydomain.net like to point them all to the same page, which is what parked domains are great for.
can we have those?

And also can you provide a full lsit of what we get with the plans? So far you only mentioned a few things and say "and more!"

I apologize, you was righ I forgot to update the nameserves (doh!).

Looks great so far, my only concern is the speed of the servers and the uptime but it does look promising.

Thankyou again for the oppurtunity. I don't see why people have to be ignorant. Sure, if you want to be technical there is no such thing as unlimited webspace. But who cares? I would never use more than 100gig worth of space in my lifetime. For 10$ a year no one can complain, that's pretty much £5 over here. I spend that on cigarettes everday, I spend that on lunch everyday.

 

This host seems great, but the server has been down for over an hour now, and its making me anxious to see if it'll always have downtime like this.

Thought to myself: what's $20 ? Nothing. Just registered for deluxe account and all of a sudden "Cannot find server or DNS Error". Good start

 

What are you talking about? His site shows up fine for me, as well as my site that is hosted under him. I can give u my site for proof (and you can whois it). Maybe there's a problem on your part :/ Try restarting your computer, something like that happened to me once, where some sites wouldn't load.

I really like this hosting all all seems to be going well. Today they accidently suspended my account but as soon as I realized that, I spoke to support on msn and the problem was fixed with 3 minutes. Recommend it.
