Hello Juan, We feel its best for clients to not get a bundled paid billing system with their hosts because it will bind them to that host, even should they want to leave. We feel a client should be free to choose a host at anytime based on merit, not contracts and such. If you are going to choose a paid billing system, we recommend purchasing it separately such like you should with your domain. Hello, Due to client feedback we had received, they preferred to have a lower hosting price instead of us including whmcs so we do not include it. Reviews have to be taken with a grain of salt. If you Google any large host, you will find bad reviews. The larger the host the more you'll find. We've been around for 9 years and serve many thousands of clients and use one of the most stable hosting platforms around. I would bet the person who wrote the review is either still hosting with us, returned back to us after trying another host or was just a competitor.
