Ok for one DP is not a place for arguing and I have read all of these posts and felt like I should do some research. I have been in the web hosting business for a long time and have seen many hosting companies come and go. For one a web host should never release the information of there users. It is copyright under the US law. Name and personal information in under a DMCA. neosward if you need this taken care of let me know. I have sent many DMCAs out in my day and will get it removed from DP. Looking more in to the detail of the hosting company I found some info that people looking to buy should see first.

Here is the detail about the site and the amount of people they are hosting. If you are paying 10/year and they only have 12 domains pointed that would be only 120/year. That wont cover a server in a year so it may be a come and go company. Look at the details below for proof.



They are in fact an offshore web hosting company looking at the details which is good for the people wanting to host. I would look for a more established company on the web. Only having 12 domains is kind of sketchy. Plus we do not know how good their security is and you could lose your data.



One more thing to look at is that the site has had 16 name server changes over the last year. Shows a little bit of instability. Well I hope this helps settle the argument and gives a little background on WebHostOffice.

 

Yes in fact I would like to prosecute this under DMCA and would like to know the format I would need .

It is a violation of USA and Europeon consumer protection and privacy laws to post publicly any such client data even though its not mine.

Please PM me whatever info you have so I may contact my lawyer about this issue.

I dont see theres anything wrong with her sending it to paypal email. I do USA hosting and all emails are sent to Paypal email as there are way to many people using hacked paypals and i dont want to waste my time to find that i have been charged back couple weeks later! And if you think you can get a verified Hacked paypal then open yur eyes and use google there plent out there on all big warez sites for sale.
