I HATE regards. Regards my A@# Its arrogant and rude in my book.

The hosting account will be set up but DONT expect any support.

There was a small misspelling in my domain at setup and these guys acted like a bunch of lousy jerks when I needed a little help just changing the setup domain and getting a resend of setup email. They refused to send it to anywhere but a paypal email and where very stubborn and RUDE.
I didnt want my details sent there for my own reasons.

The WORST customer support I have come across next to Webthosting.

I cant figure out if these people are :
1) arrogant
2) stupid
3) self serving jerks who give dink about customers
simple requests

All of the above I think. See the screen shots of my tickets how they keep writing in broken English and misspelling things. Looks very unprofessional. And they have some knuckle head A$$%ole answering tickets who wont do anything you ask. Useless bunch of wankers I tell yah.

Avoid if you get tangled up with them you will regret it!
Luckily the y refunded me b/c the issue came up right away -
thank god I didnt try to put my clients etc on there servers

 

This guy use hacked paypal on order
i see paypal email and name and this guy name and email miss mach so i sent hosting account detail to Real paypal email address this guy dont want account detail on paypal real email they want account detail on order regestered email beacuse they cant get account detail via real paypal beacuse they use hacked paypal account i refund money to paypal
beacuse this guy fraud
