note: this is for anyone in the Offline Internet Marketing Business...especially if your new to the business (noob) or maybe you have just never thought of this before. But this simple post should answer all of the questions I've been getting...Enjoy!

So here is my simple secret for finding all of my niche offline clients.
It’s very simple and requires little time but yields GREAT results!
Many of you may already be doing this…and if not it is a GREAT addition to your current strategy.
-A lot of people that I talk to in the offline internet marketing world always ask me, how I find so many different niches that are starving for SEO and Internet Marketing services. Mainly because I’m always busy and I’m always targeting very specific niches within every industry. (As we all know when you focus on the niches instead of the larger industries, you open a whole new vault of businesses for prospecting.)

I will admit that when I first started, I used to open the phonebook and just start searching. (what a useless time waster IMO)

Now yes you can find niches within the phonebook…but this is an analog way of doing things (and besides…it contradicts the work that we do).

So what I do is I use a hybrid of both yellowpages.com and Google.
1.) I simply open up yellowpages.com and I search for a broad term like “cosmetic surgery” in my area

2.) I scroll down the screen a bit, until it shows me the “category” list (or for a better term in this post…the “niche” list). This gives me almost a FULL list of niches in any industry I search for…it also gives me some good basic insight on the popularity of each niche, by putting the number of listings in my area right next to the niche.

3.) After this I check the niche I want to see in the yellowpages.com results

4.) I then go through the results and compile a list of companies to prospect. I find out which companies don’t have websites at all and I also look for companies that have websites, but they’re ugly or need some serious SEO help.

5.) To better prepare myself, I go ahead and pick 5 businesses I plan on contacting and do a quick analysis of their websites

6.) I then proceed to find out what local keywords they are either trying to rank for, should rank for, or could rank for if they had a website

7.) I make my calls (heavily prepared and armed with an arsenal of information about each prospect)

    8.) Make my sales

    9.) Repeat

10.) Grow my business every single day

    ENJOY!

Any questions just e-mail me or PM me ... I'll be happy to share anything else I know or use to dominate my local offline market.

Whatever you do....do something every single day to grow your business!
