Grr more whm master reseller bugs? It is set to auto grant already after you pay... I guess deasoft is being stupid again.. anyways I have enabled master rights on your account PublicNetworK. I have asked deasoft about this and hopefully they will solve this soon.

Serverload is being quite high today. Any maintenance taking place?

Someone was abusing the server.. the problem is fixed. Open a support ticket for any problems you have, DO NOT POST THEM HERE TO INCREASE POST COUNT.

 

Why are you banned? Ok, now it's loading fine for me.

 

Although I have not been able to use my account for a few days, due to no fault of RDA I would like to submit a short review.

First, the support is awesome. I have had a few questions when my account was first opened and I got very quick and knowledgeable responses, some within in minutes of opening a ticket.

One of my problems was setting up my name servers within my register and they walked me through it and I was set up in no time.

Second, They have installed Installatron which in my personal oponion is way better than the other installer, you know the one. There are better scripts and its just better, I have had no problems using it.

Third, They upgraded the server because of the downtime and I can verify that everything loads nice and fast.

I believe that RDA is an HONEST and Knowledgeable company that takes care of there customers.

I will update my review in a couple of weeks with any new info.
