i received my logon details now (actually your email does not work, i was just able to get it from WHMCS) but my master reseller is not activated yet.

can you set me up private nameservers such that when i create accounts, it will default to my own nameservers? Also when i use intodns.com, your nameservers won't show up?

sharmaine - It is instant activation! The email that was sent clearly says "PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE RIGHTS TO WHMreseller until you wait 30 minutes from the time this email was sent." So a cronjob activates the Master reseller rights for this package every 30 minutes. The email does work, it was probably because you used yahoo, check your spam folder. Anyways login our client area and select My Emails to get the info if you don't see it in your email. Please open up a support ticket for any more help you need.

Sorry, we don't give you a free dedicated IP, you must pay $3 per month each for a dedicated IP, open up a support ticket if you want that. Otherwise you will be using a shared IP. You get all the information in an email after you pay, you can set custom name servers if you want. The name server IPs are in the email.

If i edit only my own zone, i will need to edit each of my client's zone. What i want is when i create an account, it will automatically default to my custom nameservers without any manual intervention on my part in the edit zone templates
