They are so cheap because my company is the cheapest. And one time means one time payment of that amount. At my site there are monthly plans as well as one time fee plans.

 

Sign up using our order system at the site. And the $2 a month package isn't unlimited like the $20 one.

 

So the 20 $ one time is better than the $2 a month!
