I am not running these accounts on a Dedi, which is the reason for the limit on CPU intensive processes. If this limit does not meet your requirements, then I might not be the best choice for your hosting. These accounts are mainly for people either:
1. Needing a great deal of online storage
2. Needing a reliable host
3. Needing a more advanced host, but not a VPN or Dedi.

This $3.33/month is incomparable with offers from other hosts, on account of the specs that are included.

 

Could I buy host without domain ? And how many domains could addon ?

 

You can register unilimited domains. They're all $9.95/year. I can set you up with a free subdomain (yoursite.dreamhost.com). OR I can set you up with just an FTP account for you to host your files. An SVN can also be set up on a subdomain for ease of access.
