iJeff, we will be open for at least 24 months. Thats how long our contract is. But, we plan to renew our contract after 24 months.

 

This host has had tons of downtime. Good sales support some what but once i got 3 different answers from 3 different people on a subject. I wouldn't go with them really until their uptime gets good. plus i heard they will go over your head and ban your clients without telling you

EDIT: also one time fee stuff always makes me think scam.

 

Hm, depending on what they did, if they overused CPU, or had a proxy site.
Since we no longer have proxy sites, we plan to have 99% uptime.
As for the support, Aaron likes to be greedy with doing the support and sometimes doesn't do as he says.

even they cannot fix their website, if until tomorrow my vps is still not up yet (its already more than 48hrs as they promised to me), I will ask them to refund ...) .............

if next time they still do the same thing, I suggest DP should ban them, all user who promote shoutserv / numberonehost.co.uk ...
