No problem at all. I have no problem with anyone here other than this guy -- how was everyone to know they bought from somebody who was willing to break the law with so little concern?

This is really very serious matter. If you have sold us the stolen link/script, this is entirely against any professional ethics. You can still come clean and accept the fact that the script does not belong to you and refund all our money. When you sold us at 90% discount, it means that you are claiming it to be your own script which you are offering at a discount. Whether DP will ban you or not or whether Paypal will be able to recover our money is secondary. You should come out clean and refund it, OR settle with Jonathan and give all the purchasers uninterrupted access. After all, we bought it from you under faith.

 

No more proof is needed -- I've established that I own and operate the site by putting up this page:

And I'm publically telling everyone you don't have the right to sell my software. That's all it takes to prove you're illegally selling access to my software.

Excuse me, that you WERE selling -- I've plugged the security hole you were exploiting.

He owns the product, why wouldn't anyone feel offended if someone resold his service/product without his knowledge?

More theft from this guy.

I got a notice that he modified some code from another product to steal it for 1 penny instead of paying the full $7 price. This guy won't even pay $7 for a product if he knows he can steal it.

I've contacted the product owner to let him know his software has been stolen and to contact PayPal's fraud department.

Let's all work to get this thief's PayPal account deleted.

This guy certainly is a fraud! I am the Owner and Creator of Content Spooler Pro, which he is giving away as a free bonus. Problem is, I have never sold resell right to anyone -- he is giving away a bootlegged copy!

What floors me is that the mods of this forum will not delete this thread or ban this thief. When I wrote them and told them about it, all I got back was "it's not our job to police the forum". Um, hello? Yes it is! You run the forum, and your forum contains illegal material being sold by a thief.

The "it's not our problem" argument isn't working for Google and YouTube, either, which is why they're getting sued left and right.

I suggest the mods start taking more responsibility in these issues. At LEAST delete this thread so nobody else can be ripped off.

lol..what kind of idiot would do this? lol. Hell at least rename the program if you are going to steal and sell it . It sounds like a dumb joke. Sad thing is i was gonna buy it but then decided to go to the last page to see if people were satisfied with it. Now i just need to gather up $197 to get the thing.
