Unknown Words Inserted before the Website URL - Joomla K2

When I Google the article title from my website it shows some unknown character before the URL.

Eg: Assume my website name is example.com. I see some unknown characters as below when I search in Google.

    facebookfotwww.example.com
    y8www.example.com
    uvylkqw.example.com
    forum.example.com
    snehsosowww.example.com

I am not sure where it is coming from and this looks weird.
Could anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

See the attachment for a clear picture.

I would like to add a point. We have recently migrated from our old HTML website to new Joomla K2.

I found it, this was due to some changes in the domain settings (The record type).
    And everything got normal...

    Thanks all...
