unknown clicks

Hey. Has anyone ever gotten clicks from an unknownplace. Like, I don't have a channel set up for this page where I got these clicks from, yet I have clicks. Right now, for example, I have 12 clicks, half of them have a channel set up to them, the other half are no where to be found, and I actually got paid for them (i think)

If you use ad code without channel that is where they come from. If you have blogger blog and add adsense to it most do not have channels unless you add the code yourself.

Maybe your getting them from DP, and you haven't setup a channel.

I set up a url channel for my blogspot blog and for dp(i set up a channel for this one), so it's not from them. It started happening after I paid for a proxy mail for one of my proxy sites.

Might be. I just set it up to only my sites, so hopefully, now i won't get any of that extra clicks shit that could possible hurt me and get my account banned.

i've having this problem too, lets say i get 300 impressions and 20 clicks. Alll my ads have channels ( double checked) when i click the channel and add them all together i have like.. 267 impresssions and only 14 clicks. I have no idea where the others are coming from. Maybe someone is using ur adsense code?

Actually, I just checked again. It seems that one of my proxy sites missed a channel code. It had problems showing up in IE, so i was messing aroudn with it, so I probably forgot to add the channel in there.

Yeah, thanks. I really didnt think that i posted the wrong code in, but after using the thing that only shows my ads on certain sites, and it still gave me those clicks, I figured that I just forgot to put an adcode on my site.

Good you figure it out. Anyway its better to contact google if you trully believe you are getting clicks from sources you dont know, to prevent being banned for using adsense on unacceptable website.
