University Name Domain, potential legal problem?

I own some domains which bear resemblance with real university name.
    For eg:

    official university website: vermontcollege.edu
    My domain: collegevermont.com

Since I am an agent of a education agency, I put a "get more information about Vermont College" form on my own domain. Would there be a legal problem with the official university?

They do have a registered trademark, so it is possible. However, if all you are doing is providing information about their school then they probably won't come after you. In fact, depending on how you present the information, you might be able to legally use the trademark for a review site. That won't prevent them from being able to sue you, but it could make it so they would lose. If you have ads on the site though, you would lose fair-use claims.

I have domain issues before. Make sure your domain name is redirected to a web site. If thats the case they can not take the domain from you. There are internet lawyers you can contact as well and they will tell you the same thing.
