Not that I am aware of. The closest you will ever come to getting a "Universal Payment Accepter" is to get a merchant account and accept credit cards directly. That's about as close to "Universal" you can become. But then again, there is a large group of people who dislike using their credit cards directly, so then that just opens a new door. There are certainly things close, like PayPal, but even they don't accept many countries. Then things like MoneyBookers, where a good portion do not have accounts. To put it basically, there is no such thing that I am aware of. There are always going to be obstacles you have to over come with any payment processor.
I don't think so, but if you want to integrate them all, then your "order now" link, or similar could go to a separate, simple page that has payment buttons for all methods. But that's just what I'd do...
