    Hello,

I am having trouble with Google Analytics.

After I updated to the universal tracking code my traffic dropped by about 50%. However, when I look at Webmaster Tools I don't see a drop in traffic - all clicks are the same as before I updated to the universal code. Also, when I look at the pageviews from Adsense there is nothing to indicate a sudden drop in traffic.

I tried lowering the Session Time from 30 minutes to 15, but that didn't seem to help.

How Can I Fix This? Any Advice?

Is it all organic traffic? Where are you getting the traffic.

Check your Referral Exclusion List in Google analytics accounts by following steps : 1) In Analytics, click Admin. 2) Select the relevant property. 3) Click Tracking info. 4) Referral Exclusion List. In process of upgrading Google Analytics Universal code, Google Analytics automatically excludes our website domain from your referral traffic, so self-referrals are not seen in your Analytics reports.

This must be one of the issue for 50% drop down in your traffic
