United World Telecom calling cards affiliate program

So I got some spam today about a calling card affiliate program from UWT or United World Telecom. The spammer seemed to be an affiliate for them but I can't find an official site (all sites I find are other individuals, not the official company) - does anyone know anything about this program? Maybe someone knows the official site if there is one?

 

Whats the point? Are you interested to join the program or you are going to report the spammer?

 

I want to learn more about the program from an official source.
