There is nothing like hunger to wake up people. Revolutions usually start for a bread to eat. ;)

Actually, the Amero will have to come BEFORE the US dollar is completely destroyed in value. Then they can transfer the assets to Ameros from USDs at a good exchange rate.

I still don't quite understand how the Canadians will join into a currency with the US and Mexico, or Americans with Mexico.

The US and Mexican dollars have really bad histories of money management behind them. Not to mention, that I don't think these massive economic zones are sustainable without homogenization because interest rates shouldn't be common hemispherically. In fact, rationally they can't.

Remember, the common currency is a precursor to common laws. We're talking about 3 wildly disparate systems.

You want to get raped? Take out a payday loan. Interest rates are as high as 800 percent and the average borrower ends up paying back $793 for a $325 loan.

Ohio has 1,650 pay day loan lenders -- more than all of Ohio's McDonald's, Burger Kings and Wendy's fast food franchises put together.

You never know. Every time I hear one of this "law and order" republicans talks about prisons and prisoners getting raped, it seems to me that they get all horny.

back on the topic, this is interesting comment:

Bush not only showed to the world that American military is a paper tiger that can not control a small country but also has destroyed the financial credibility of American currency. As the saying goes, Emperor has no clothes on and everybody can see it with exception of few Americans.

Start eating tortillas. The cost is $1.19 a kilo vs. $2.59 a pound for bread.

The British Empire faced three hundred years of uprisings and remained a world power for more than 300 years.

Syria and Iran are supplying fighters and weapons to the insurgents and the war on terror goes beyond the boundaries of 'small countries'

Britain never faced the type of rivals we face now.

So true. Isn't that consistent with every war though?

What a load of crap - you don't know much history do you - the Indian uprising, the Irish situation, the Boar War, the Opium Wars and the Chinese with the Boxer rebellion (and this is just the tip of the iceberg) - hell Britain could give the war on how to do terror and how to respond to it

    Are you always this obnoxious?

    I said TYPE. TYPE. TYPE.

I never said terror. I said TYPE.

And since you didn't understand what I wrote, you should probably have asked for clarification, before responding to me in such an ignorant manner.

Btw, I like your NZ blog. But you're still acting like a jerk.

They did fight that TYPE of war - read the history of the Boar War, Breaker Morant (executed as the patsy for doing the dirty work that needed to be done to win the world). There were terror attacks on trains, farmers, home bases, etc - the British responded by locking up the whole boar population in concentration camps.

Thanks for the compliment on the NZ blog - and it wouldn't be the first time that I've been a jerk.
