This doesn't make sense to me either, but lumping all Americans or others as stupid is a little overly biased:

A good grammar and spell check would help your blog posts come across a little more educated.; that sentence alone has a half dozen errors.

Besides, your numbers are a bit high if you ask me; I don't think you'll find that his approval rating is that high these days

 

That is called politics and i hate it Anyway that is good for lebanon but they cannot recover their loved ones... I think israel needs this more since they lost this war

Yes, an awesome enhancement to the Google Toolbar would be a grammar check and not just a spell check as spelling of there would be overlooked even though the correct work might be their. However, most word processors have these checks built in ... it would help your posts on your blog come across more authoritative.

That would be an interesting parallel to draw kaethy but whatever the amount, it's not been enough or it's certainly not being put to constructive use IMO.

Look, we're providing a charitable service giving money to Lebanon to repair civilian homes. Is that a BAD thing? How come whatever the president does all you liberals ever do is complain?

What was the point of the above comment except to be incredibly rude and hurtful? You apparently understood the post. Can you communicate with perfect grammar in a second language, let alone a third? For the record, I noticed four errors in the part of your post I quoted.

 

What's wrong about helping lebanon to rebuild? It's for the people and not for hizbollahs. Lebanon is not the enemy. Though they made mistakes in not controlling foreign forces (hizbollah), we are bound and obligated to help the people there; they are the hostages of iran and syria.

I hope we spend as generously in New Orleans as we do in Lebanon. I think we need to take care of our own first.

Or do you think we need to spend all our tax dollars overseas & leave our own reconstruction undone? You are a patriot right?

 

Well you must understand that lebanon and hizbuallah is not the same!
There is 4 factors here:
Israel, US, lebanon, hizbuallah

So the Us is helping 2 factors, to Israel and lebanon (not hizbuallah!)

 

Didn't say we shouldn't help rebuild Lebanon. I'm just pointing out the insanity of spending money to blow it up, and then spending money to rebuild it.

We are obligated to rebuild it because we helped blow it up, regardless of what Iran & Syria are doing.

So, is that kind of foreign policy OK with you??? I guarantee the rest of the world sees how insane that is, even if some Americans don't get it.
