Selling Unique Web 2.0 Time Management App - Clock It In (www.clockit.in)

I would like to quickly try and sell my time management application, Clockitin. I wrote it as part of my college coursework and no longer need it, the entire site has been coded, it has a unique design and unique code. The site is easy to use and has lots of features.
The site has a great and easy to remember domain Clockit.in, I will give the registrar login details to whoever buys it.

I got the idea for the website from the following auction: which sold for $800. However, I created my version of the site 100% with my own code, it has bug fixes and its own unique design.

The site has an unfinished API, which I was going to also use to create a firefox plugin. But I never got round to finishing these.
It is coded in PHP 5, requires a MySQL database to run. Will work on pretty much any web host. There is also no admin console, however this really isnt needed. The site pretty much runs itself.

The site has huge potential, all the work is done except marketing. You could even resell this as a script to webmasters, do what you want with it. Clockitin provides a simple way of tracking projects or tasks, most other sites which provide time tracking are usually complicated and hard to use.

I did this project for my college work, where we had to improve on an existing system (such as a paper based time tracking system in this case) and create a new system.
