Selling Unique Web 2.0 Time Management App - Clock It In (www.clockit.in)

I would like to quickly try and sell my time management application, Clockitin. I wrote it as part of my college coursework and no longer need it, the entire site has been coded, it has a unique design and unique code. The site is easy to use and has lots of features.
The site has a great and easy to remember domain Clockit.in, I will give the registrar login details to whoever buys it.

I got the idea for the website from the following auction: which sold for $800. However, I created my version of the site 100% with my own code, it has bug fixes and its own unique design.

The site has an unfinished API, which I was going to also use to create a firefox plugin. But I never got round to finishing these.
It is coded in PHP 5, requires a MySQL database to run. Will work on pretty much any web host. There is also no admin console, however this really isnt needed. The site pretty much runs itself.

Nice site, bid placed, is it possible to add premium memberships to the website? and limit free members to a certain amount of projects?

 

The site could be interigated with PayPal IPN offering a premium membership with more features, and free members could have restrictions such as a limited number of projects, or not being able to share projects via email, etc.

 

Hi, what framework is it coded in? what about the ajax, what javascript library is used?

 

The site is custom coded on a PHP / MySQL backend, and doesn't use any frameworks. It uses my own custom 'framework' which is just a group of classes and functions, I have six years experience with programming web applications.
The JavaScript library used for visual effects and sending data is jQuery, which is easy to use and extremely customizable.
