    Site is new so no traffic no rev, but this is an easy niche to crack as the competition is low, 2 weeks work on this and you could have #1 rankings and huge traffic. (right now i don't have the time to promote).

    I didn't want to sell this but am forced to in order to help fund another project, this niche is untapped, with millions and millions of searches each moth for related products...

    Yes unfortunately :( really getting desperate as i need to fund a VBulletin license & VBSEO script.. Will throw these sites in with my sites listed in my sig, if anyone purchases at my $450 BIN price.
