Unique Tutorial site for sale

    I am selling my tutorial web site as i need to release some funds urgently.

    Comes with a unique design, gets around 100 unique visits per month. I have not set a channel up for the revenue but im guessing it makes around $5-10 (this is an estimation)

    I'm not sure if you can estimate a site that is about 13 days old, with no pages in Google, and like 1 page on Yahoo, with a PR of 0, to have an estimated income of $5 - $10 per month. I just don't see it. If Im wrong my apologies. Show me some valid data and I'll raise the BID.

    Your right, but then again that was an estimiation. Please assume no revenue, then anything you get will be a bounus right? :rolleyes:
