I reckon most visitors to my Comedy site are bored at work. The unique number visitors have fallen drastically yesterday and today. Could this be because people are less bored at this time of year? If they're online is it just to shop? Generally what are monthly trends for visitors? Are there any acknowledged good months for sites not directly involved in retail? My stats for September, October and November were double those for the previous three months but (following an excellent first two weeks) it looks like December will be back down there. Is this a normal trend?
I haven't been going for a whole 12 months yet - I'm wondering what sort of traffic I'll get on 25th December.
From my experience, the 23rd to the 26th are the slowest days of the year for me. Other public holidays aren't too bad.
