Unique (theme) Bidding Directory (with a twist) for sale

I am toying with the idea of selling my bidding directory as I have neglected it. I will not sell for less than 350$ as its cost me that in links, content, theme and unique modification.

It is an established Banner Bidding Directory that gets 5 submissions a week of 1-5$ each. It also earns the same in adsense.

Traffic is 50 - 100 unique visitors a day and I can forward more detailed traffic figures, adsense reports, paypal reports to anyone that is seriously interested. (bidders)

It has a modification that allows people to bid for sitewide banner space giving the winner traffic as well as a direct link.

All backlinks will remain as I have sponsored a few themes to generate a few needy backlinks.

The site was a PR5 with many PR4 subpages however the site got a smack from google on the last pr update.

I have posted the sale up before on Sitepoint but didn't receive the reserve price so just kept it for a couple of months.

Now looking to put it on the market again. I will swap for a sonyplaystation games site.
