I need a unique template created, it will be for small sites apporx 10-20 pages or so that will have articles with pictures. We are going to use this template to build out niche sites so it must be easly to change to new sites and add content with ease. 1. Must be easy to add content with dreamweaver or however with out messing up format. 2. Must be easy to add new banners and pictures. 3. Must be seo friendly. 4. Must look professional.
