    Hi Everyone

    I have a unique Tech Blog for sale. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for someone interested in running a serious tech blog. This website is a great investment for anyone interested in running a unique tech news website.

    Website

    The website is The Tech Observer - www.techobserver.org.

    The site is relatively new and started running about 2 to 3 weeks ago. It consists of the latest news on a number of tech-related topics.

    The website consists of articles we have added to our website ourselves. The website is NOT on auto-pilot.

    Customized

    The website consists of a purchased theme, specifically made for tech-related news.

    We also customized the website by adding a Press Release function where we can add press releases to posts. The press releases will be hidded until a user clicks a button to view the press release.     Content

    There is more than 250 unique articles on the website.

    The website also consists of a database of mobile phone specifications - around 3000 devices are included.

    Income

    The website is monetized with Google Adsense, which already earned around $13 in the first two weeks of the website.

    We also recently added Amazon Affiliates, but had no sales as yet.

    Traffic

    The website gets around 300 - 500 unique visitors a day. There is on average around 3000 - 4000 page views per day and also on average 10000 hits per day.

    Google search engine sends a large number of traffic to the website.

    Domain Name

    The domain name, Techobserver.org, is with Namecheap.com and will be pushed to the buyers account.

    Like I said in the PMs, I do not have a BIN in mind. I am looking at offers to see if it would justify selling the website or keep it and generate an income from it.
