    Selling my unique social networking ads website. http://socialit.us

    Website is one of a kind. Users buy a block at $15 a piece. There are 616 blocks left. Price can be easily changed to what you see fit.

    I spent $500 in custom development on this site. There is Twitter and Facebook integration. I am including the custom script in this auction, so buyer can duplicate on more sites, niches, etc.

    I have not marketed this website outside of Twitter a few times. http://twitter.com/socialitus
    Twitter account is also included.

    I am selling because honestly I just don't have time to market the site. I have 3 other projects that are taking up all of my time.

    I had begun an iPad promotion, but have not had the chance to push it yet.

    This will be a cash cow in the right hands.
    616 blocks x $15 = 9240 - $699 (iPad) = $8541. At the BIN price, buyer could stand to make $4500+ profit. (Not to mention potential $$ for future sites with the script.)
