Buying Unique Sites with or without traffic

    I have pretty much an open budget for any amount site (NOT in the millions lol) for a unique, fresh site that has potential to grow or is doing good right now, doesn't really matter at this point.

    Please send me a PM with what you have and how much you want for it as the final price, I don't and will not haggle with pricing either I will buy it at your final price or I won't so keep it real or I won't even consider it. If you have proof of traffic send that also.

    PLEASE READ

    Do not send me sites you want to sell that are a dime a dozen or sites that i can go buy a $20 script for and make it myself. Do not send me sites that are blogs or proxies i am looking for the next big thing with its own special niche not something that will generate a few hundred dollars. E commerce sites are FINE depending on how much of demand there is for the products.

    I am sure this is not as detailed as it should be but there are too many things on my plate and I am trying to fill up my network of sites and must meet some quota's within the month.

    UPDATE....

    While i appreciate the large number of messages, i am not looking for $10, 15, $100 sites... I can make these on my own. I need unique idea's and willing to pay WAY more. I will still look at these sites that are messaged to me but I need the WOW factor of a website as the smallest site that is getting rolled out of my network of sites is in the $$$$ range plus, these smaller ones dont do anything but waste time and energy.

    also, as an update i have been getting tons of messages.. I am looking into some potential sites but the bulk of my messages are still for these small $100, $200 site that are basically blogs and I am NOT looking for blogs. Please read correctly before you send me a PM, i am getting over whelmed with these messages and I apologize in advance if i dont respond to everyone right away.

    Money is NOT an object because i will pay just about any amount if the site and concept is GOOD, but dont message me with a blog that has no traffic and expect me to dish out 3k for a site, I am not dumb give me some credit!!!

    I have a few MNS that are currently ranked on the first page of Google for sale for their main keyword phrase. The sites are unique and have 100% unique content/design on them as well.
