Unique Site With Custom Script And Income

I am selling my site www.earncashtoday.info

I set this site up in June, spending $800 on a custom script.
The earnings grew steadily June/July/August but then I moved
house in September and do not have a broadband connection so
am unable to update offers on the site.(the earnings went down in Sept because of this)

I added offers when i set the site up but have not updated at all and I have only advertised this site on some of my other sites.
If someone took over this site who had the time to update offers each day and advertise around the web the earnings would be huge.
I just do not have the time to keep going to internet cafe to update and I will not get broadband at my new house for at least 3 months.
I am sure you can see the superb potential this site has to earn great money, the site only has 32 members so the members to earnings ratio is very high.

I am happy for the buyer to leave the site where it is until November, but he/she will have to move the site to their own server after then.

In answer to your question, in July/August I put some links on a couple of proxy sites I have.
This site has never been advertised properly, I am sure that a few posts on "money making" forums would bring in a good income for the new owner.

If I can earn $220 per month without even trying!! who knows what the site could earn with a bit of promo.

Though I am worried about getting advertisers for it. How big is this problem? What do you think?

 

Dont some of your profits have to payout to members?

 

It is not an issue getting advertisers jimkarter, there are hundreds of companies out there to choose from.
I am just using one but the better idea would be to use multiple advertisers.

Thats how an incentice site works, however the payout is very low.

However just search google for "affiliate networks" or "pay per click" or "pay per lead" basicly there are hundreds of comapnies out there that will pay you for leads/clicks.

 

You might want to do your members a favor and blackout their email addresses on the admin screenshot you posted.
