Selling Unique Site..Loads of Potential...One Competitor Only

Hi folks I am offloading the following site here http://goo.gl/4mts2

Long story short, had to suspend this for a few months but upon realizing I am not getting paid, its getting sold.

Site only has one competitor, has 70+ very well crafted posts, custom list(article formatting)plugin and custom author page. Site is fully SEO'd but its wordpress so that is largely academic.

I have a standing offer of 250 but I am owed a bit more cash for the work I had to do on it but I am willing to negotiate.

PM me for metrics etc. I dont have my adsense account on the site but I can tell you that traffic since I turned it back on a few weeks ago.

I can also tell you what to do with said site. The only competition is http://goo.gl/oCYs and FYI, they got it right.

One owner only, free push from Godaddy and the site is fully legit from the content to the backlinks from major league football teams fan pages etc.
