I was wondering, if someone did SEO + anchor texts in another language for VERY HIGH trafficked keywords (I don't know any offhand, or how to type in arabic, but for example:)

    <a href="YourSite.com">الاشتباكات بين الجي</a>
[I have no idea what this says, found it on google]

If الاشتباكات بين الجي was a very high trafficked keyword, for example we will pretend it means VIAGRA, would it be INCREDIBLY easy to rank #1 because only people from that country type it in, or would it compare it to trying to rank for "Viagra" on google universally (in which only HUGE websites, or .edu blackhat sites have a chance at competing)?

Does anyone know, because this could mean a lot of traffic if utilized properly.

Results on Google are geotargetted so a UK site won't show up to people searching in China for example.

It would be very hard to get a non Chinese site to rank for a Chinese term.

I'm easily getting traffic for words written in other laguage with just a few backlinks with the right anchor text ;)

The competition when we talk about non-english sites is incredibly small.

I believe that you can't rank on that keyword,, because it is considered as new keyword and different from its meaning... it is like "I" and "me" are different keywords..
