One thing you have to remember is that the Real Estate industry is flooded with stuff like this. I actually work for the number one real estate web hosting company in the United States and we serve a lot of realtors. Chances are, you probably won't sell it right away because there are so many other professional services out there that takes care of almost everything for the agents. The only suggestion I have is to post it on your own website with a paypal script unless you accept credit cards. There are dozens of script sites out there that will let you post the information on.
