    I have this nice design to sell. It's originally designed for a PTC (Paid to Click) site but can be easily edited and used for any site or script. You will get PSD file and i can provide the coding service to convert to HTML/CSS for additional Price. I need some urgent money so selling this template for only $30. You will get all rights.

    It's hard to call it "UNIQUE". It's simple as hell and there's a lot of such "designs" for free. Every graphic designer can create something like this in 5 minutes, so it's worth rather $3 than $30.

    If you are not interested in buying, Then the best thing to do is "Stay away" rather than calling someones work bad. I am not stopping anybody to get those free designs so you may get one too.
