    OK, one of the major revenue sources on this site is the ten text links which I've been renting myself. I normally buy lots of links as it is. The new owner can continue billing me at a rate of $100/month to keep these 10 links live. This will be a revenue stream which will continue for 3-6 months guranteed.

    Why am I doing this, because the links are actually worth more than $100/month, and getting them at that rate is a good deal for me... it would also relieve the new owner from the stress of finding ten people to buy text links.

    In addition to this $100/month, the site is making about $120/month from Adsense (high month was $270 in November). The site has traffic and a unique purpose. So based on all that, we can sell the site at $2,600, and the paypal subscription for $100/month can kick in on the same day. So basically the site will be sold to the first person who posts sold for the $2,600 reserve price.

    Also, I think I forgot to mention that the site has around 18k links to it showing when you do a search using Yahoo's linkdomain feature. All of these links which are coming from my network will be left intact for the entire period (not less than three months) in which I'll be renting links. In other words, you get the $100/month and also you'll be getting absolutely free link popularity to the tune of 18k links!
