Unique PR5 Automotive site for sale, $4.41/day from Adsense, 15 months old

Alright everyone, I am putting a car site up for sale that is just perfect for someone. I've owned this site for almost a year. Recently I sold it to a close friend who has kept it for 6 months in which he made a good $1,400 off Adsense and link sales (I was buying the links from him myself btw, paying over $100/month). His Adsense earnings over the last 6 months have been $622.61 with an avarage of $4.41. The highest day was $19.

The site started off with 15+ pages of content. After I baught it over a year ago, we tagged on a huge directory with over 10,000 pages. Google's site: command shows close to 10k pages indexed the last time I checked.

- The idea is original, this is the only site comparing supercars like this one anywhere
- The domain is memorable, easy to create something visitors come back to
- This site appeals to teenagers who like looking at photos and comparing cars but dont know a whole lot about them.
- It comes with 16 pages of unique content that will interest your viewers.
- Apart from the main 16 pages there is a well designed themed directory for automotive sites in which every listing has it's own dedicated page.
- Site recieves about 400 unique visitors per day.

Ten link slots were being sold on the site by the friend who owns it to me i.e. I was the buyer of those links. The PR on this site (home page as well as subpages) has always been good. So after I sold the site to him, I thought I would leave my links on the footer of the site, and I used to pay him $100/month for this. This was because the links actually had that much value for me at the time.

The new owner will of course have to find new clients to purchase the links, as I no longer will continue to pay the $100/month

Strong PR5 links easily go for $10+/month, so this shouldn't be much of a problem. In any case, you can always link up your own sites and drive some PR to them. This is what was meant in the OP.

Also, in case people have not noticed, I do not own this site anymore. I'm attempting to sell it on behalf of the friend who baught it from me six months earlier.

The auction will continue a full 24 hours after the reserve of $2,600 is reached. Unfortunately, we wont be able to sell this for under 2,600.
