Unique Photoshop Tutorial site for sale

Greetings.
Im selling my tutorial site, including domain.
The blog was started october 2, 2007. So it's not so old..
The domain was made aug 9, 2007.
We got 12 tutorials, 10 of them are photoshop the other 2 is css and html.
We got 9k visits this week, the week isn't over so we expect around 10-11k.
Our monthly revenue is not so high, but I guess it could get a lot more if you're willing to put down some time, which Im not atm. But we got $11 this month, but the first 2 weeks were like no dollars at all, since we were not known then.
Yesterday we got over 2k visits, that's a lot imo, since we've been open just a month!
So, if you either do your own tutorials or buy tutorials, thats up to you, but I guess the revenue/month could get pretty high.
All the tutorials are unique, most of them are posted on good-tutorials, pixel2life, tutorialized. The tutorial site is using Wordpress, not unique template..
The site will not be drawing so much visitors if you dont make new tutorials, tbh.. So, you got to be willing to make new tutorials, or advertise a lot.
The great thing about this site is that it's fun if you got time.. The URL is http://artkit.org.
I know that the domain name is .org, but the name is really great.
