Due to my new venture, likely to be more profitable, I've decided to let go some of my (neglected) projects albeit having immerse passion in them. One of the sites is this beautifully designed portal pertaining to Pet niche.

How is it monetized?
Currently, I've not applied any monetization methods but will recommend the following but not limited to; Adsense, Amazon, Cpa and many more.

Each visitor, according to G'Analytics, averages out close to 3 minutes hence I'll leave the imagination of potential to all.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
Facebook platform: this site will come with a facebook account unless the potential buyer has existing fanpage.

The recommended (other) fanpages for creation are mainly Twitter, G+, Pininterest and Instagram.

How much time does this site take to run?
Content writing is the most challenging one as I expect 100% dedication and work efforts.

Planning: typical planning phase requires an hour or so for the entire structure to be established

Writing: usually 45 minutes per '000 words

Infographic: the norm is approximately an hour

The total expected timing is about 2 hours daily for a fresh update excluding social media signals which is about 20 minutes.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Content writing: I don't outsource content as my intended outcome is purely based on passion and utmost dedication

Very-Low competition: doesn't mean no competition. New buyer will be handed over critical details on managing site and the strategy to unleash full potential.
