Unique Online Wallpaper Building Tool

Have you ever been on wallpaper site and tought: "wouldn't it be cool if i could have the image from this wallpaper with the background from that other wallpaper?". Well i did and decided i wanted a tool that allowed me to do exactly that so i started to develop it. Then i tougth it would be to simple and took it a step further.

PaperMaker is basically an online application that allows anyone with zero image editing skills to build awesome wallpapers with just a few clicks. I could explain the whole thing but it is way better if you try it and see what´s all about:

As you can see the site is still hosted at a test domain. I was planning on launching the site soon but i need some extra cash for a trip and i decided to sell it instead.

Here´s what i´m offering:

* Exclusive rights for the application - It won´t be sold again and i will not use it
* Exclusive rights for the rest of the site (design, code, etc).
* PSD Pack with all the photo extractions
* PSD Pack with all the backgrounds and accessories
* Automation tools for the image editing (Photoshop actions)
* A one year site wide link at my blog (Alexa 58k, 4k pages, PR4)
* One post on my blog about the tool to start promoting it once you launch it

I will also set you up with a logo in case you decide to change the name. This auction does not include a domain name.

Some ideas on how can this site be used for you purposes:

* PR passing - Due to the very little linking going on, the site could be a great PageRank passer for your other sites.
* Monetization - You are the expert here but i´m guessing CPM ads would be the way to go to monetize the tool, private ad sales could be huge once the site gains some traction
* Use it on other sites - How about running it on your other sites as a great linkbait tool?. You could throw a version with the car images only on a F1 site or the girls and guys pics on a celebrity site.
* Sell it - As i said before, you buy it, you can make anything you want with it. I don´t care if you resell it to make back your investment.

Other features

The site is really easy to handle since it requires no managing at all. If you want to add more pictures you just throw them into the folders and you are done. This doesn't cause any resources issues since it is optimized to make as little requests to the server as possible.

Since we are on the resources subject let me tell you one of the issues with image use (specially png files) and probably the reason why there are not a lot of people using it for anything more than thumbnails is memory usage. Well, don´t worry about it because i managed to reduce it to less than 33% of the original usage with a few tweaks and the app can easily handle 1920 x 1200 px files.

System requirements

* Around 300MB of storage
* PHP 4.3+ with GD Library 2.0.1+ (gd library comes as a default in any php installation these days but still, it´s always good to ask)
