The index page and each state page contains an RSS feed, each modified to provide content for each state to provide relevant, updated content.

I will also include an admin script so that you can add/modify/delete listings in the database.

The script is php with a mysql database. Comes with includes for adsense and an affiliate ad (for easy modification)
The domain name is registered at Dynadot.

I bought this site just over a year ago for $150.

In that time, the site has earned $72.99 in AdSense revenue.

That would put the site on track to pay for itself in another year.

The cost of promotion I've done moves the RoI date off another six months to a year.

Now you know the rest of the story.
