Selling Unique niche, dozens of unique articles, great SERPS + PR, 1 year old, revenue

This is a niche music website about jam bands. There are tons of unique articles about different bands and concerts going on in that scene. There are also interviews that we did with a few artists from these bands each article containing about 1,000 words! Site was designed around keyword density in the articles and SEO in mind when designing the template. Site gets links from a decent amount of sites that are genuinely interested in the content as well, which gave it good SERPS for many keywords and a PR 3.

Sorry, fixed now. I was messing around with ad placement yesterday, and that is when I decided to sell the website. Didn't know I accidentally messed up any of my PHP!

 

first of all, the average monthly revenue is $7 not $10
secondly, the site has no pagerank for jambandmusic.net and not that good traffic.
so whats the point to make the starting bid at $100 ?
if there is a bonus or something not revelaved in your topic, then go a head and say about them.

 

It's PR 3 Check the pr for www.jambandmusic.net, that's digitalpoint's crappy coding not my domain having no PR. As for starting at 100 dollars, well look at how many articles are on the website for one, dozens of unique articles and actual interviews with members of bands. The age of the site for two being that it's over a year old. The traffic and SERPS of the site for three. Also I said 10 because I sold a link for 50 dollars, but the new owner isn't obligated to keep it on as the time as expired.

I agree that the site has much articles but what do they make with the less traffic?

Obviously you fail to comprehend that www.jambandmusic.net is PR3 and jambandmusic.net is PR0. And I'm sure there's over 10,000 unique words written which makes it worth 100 IMO. If you're not interested in the thread there is no point in posting here.

Edit 31 articles on 31 different artists alone. Doesn't even include articles about different festivals, interviews, or any news. Definitely well over 10,000 unique words.

Not sure of a BIN, if you make an offer I might accept. Like I said earlier though the price is based on amount of articles and the organic traffic.
