    I had purchased this site from a friend couple of weeks ago, but I now have too many things on my mind, hence, I am going to sell this off. (No time to work on this).

    All content is copyscape checked.
    The site runs on wordpress.

    I have not yet monetized the site, but you can easily add Adsense links, as this is a high paying niche. Moreover, I have never monitored the traffic (which you can assume is minimal).

    I'll transfer the site to your hosting (with cpanel).

    Payment via paypal only.
