So I actually created this site awhile ago as an experiment in niche marketing just to see if I could find a good keyword and get traffic. Nearly all the traffic is from google (90%) the rest is mostly from microsoft live I believe. Anyways I got it to the front page results for the term "how to make hemp necklaces" in about two days and the initial traffic reflects that. Since it was just an experiment I dropped focus on it and the traffic went down but is still coming in at a decent amount for no time spent on it at all in the past month and a half. Anyone that spent any time on it could bring the traffic back up. I would but I don't have a google adsense account to monetize it with (I was banned, it's a sad story ).
