Unique MySpace Resource Site earning average $4 a day

Hello,

Up for sale is my MySpace Resource website. The reason I am selling it is because it was my idea to create the site, build up traffic and then sell it. Now that time has come as I have started on another site that I wish to concentrate on. This is a unique looking site with many unique MySpace Layouts on there too that I have created myself. Traffic is increasing everyday (now at around 1,000+ unique visitors a day) and that is without any work on the site whatsoever.

• Not a CMS
• Adsense Code easily changed (uses an include file)
• Never had any e-mail/info about the fact MySpace is in domain
• For most of 1st month (august) paid to run adwords campaign. Stopped once was getting good SE traffic.
• Traffic spike early november due to bulletin send. (cost $8)
• To be honest, I havent touched this site since when I put up halloween layouts early october and its still making more and more money.
