All content is unique (minus the 3 affiliate images on the homepage under heading "Our top 3 ways to make money online"), site is running on static HTML.
Has many backlinks from article sites and so on which will remain active.

Very high CPC in Adsense - is a very profitable subject. Currently only monetized using Adsense and a few affiliate programs. Not checked their earnings but the free paid survey sites I'm affiliated to pay around $1.50 per confirmed free sign up.

Has 30 members on the mailing list.

Did have a forum but deleted it in the end, would be a great way to improve the site.

Selling because I've not been updating it and don't have time for it anymore.

Whats the PR of your website?

 

I think it is Page Rank 1, was 3 maybe a year ago. I don't tend to keep up to date or pay much attention to the page rank though, personally I don't think it means too much.

 

Somebody asked me for the keyword statistics for the website from Google Analytics, unfortunately I don't have the site listed in my Analytics account so I took a screenshot from my 1&1 stats page which is below.
