    Content: All unique content, 7 Unique pages, and SEO optimized title tags. Site is of a custom design as well.

    Revenue potential: I made about 7$ with this site in the last 2 months, from very small Search engine traffic. I've had a single click for 4$, and clicks are almost always above 1$. The site is already indexed, and has some back links. PR Might even go up next update. Domain is fairly aged to, I believe its at least 4 months old.

    Traffic: Minimal. Sometimes it gets 5 uniques a day, but normally Zero to a 1. Site does rank for obscure lasik search terms like "Lasik and medications" and such.

    150$ is a bargain. Get some traffic to this site, and watch the adsense pour in.

    Problem fixed. I had some sort of Trojan on my dedicated server. I Called hostgator, And they fixed the problem within 24 hours. Excellent support team. I Apologize for not checking before I listed it. Site is still up for sale.

    Also, the site doesn't use a CMS. It's just a bunch of html files linked together by a sidebar.php
