Unique IPs surpassing last month's total in just 10 days...?

I have no idea how and why, but I've already got 4,000+ uniques in just 10 days.

Last month I had 5,000, and I thought THAT was a lot.

I'm trying to pinpoint where this traffic is coming from, but all I am seeing is referrals to my proxy from yahoo mail inboxes:

In any case, my adsense earnings have inflated a lot, and I obviously have to thank someone out there for doing whatever they did to give me so much traffic.

I've also got 700+ searches from Yahoo, which is also an anomaly. I usually get no more than 100.

Any ideas, and what can I do to monetize this? My proxy is getting HAMMERED, and I don't have an advertiser for proxified pages yet. (If you're interested, please PM me)

Don't really know what the point of this thread is... Just showing my confusion...

Looks to me that your URL might be in a spam email.. I am not saying you are spamming but someone is for you :)

Well... That's obvious - what can I do to make sure it's not someone's signature, or maybe a chain mail or something?

That's a great question.. what CAN you do to get your URL out of someone else's spam e-mail?

(I don't think there is very much you can do.)

Maybe to be safe you need to email adsense and give them the 'heads up'
